  Cancellation policy:
  To help you arrange your travel plans we have revised the cancellation policy for summer 2022 and for winter 2022/2023: 40 % of deposit payment is like the cancellation fee from 3 months until 29 days before arriving, 70 % from 29 – 8 days before arriving, 90 % before arriving or not arriving for any reason of your part.

• We remind you that since 01.01.2018 a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments. Would be for our house 1,75 Euro for each person and night over 14 years.
• The rental price includes bed linen and towels (no linen/towel change).
  If you want a cleaning during your stay, it's possible on asking for - it costs between 80,00 € and 110,00 € depends on apartment. (here is changing of linen and towels included)

The easiest way to reach Val Gardena is via the Brenner Motorway (A22).
From the north via Innsbruck-Brenner- Klausen, from the south via Verona-Bolzano-Klausen. The cheapest exit is Klausen / Val Gardena. From there you can reach Ortisei on the best signposted road after about 20 minutes.
Arrival in winter: for trouble-free reip, your car should be equipped with winter tires or snow chains!
Arrived in Ortisei follow the yellow hotel route.
